6 Half-way thru the Season the coach may elect to soft toss a limit of 5 pitches to second year players only.  If the hitter fails to hit the ball fair after 5 pitches then the hitter will hit off theT.  All first year players and 5 year olds must hit of the tee in accordance with little league international rules.
