FREE SKILLS CHALLENGE SEPT 23rd!! Registration is limited, sign up now!!

Attention Hangtown Families -

Are you all watching the Little League World Series and wondering “Wow those kids throw hard, I wonder how hard my player can pitch a baseball”, or “I keep hearing about exit velocity on a batted ball, I wonder how much power my son or daughter can generate in their swing?” Well now you can find out!

Hangtown Little League is excited to announce that as part of our fall ball program we will be offering a Skills Challenge in partnership with Now Performance Baseball.

On Saturday, September 23, from 9:00 am-11:00 am, all players and coaches registered for Fall Ball will be able to participate in a series of skills challenges/events for free. Through the events, technology will be used so they can see how fast they run, hard and accurate they throw, and how much power they generate in their swings. The event will encourage friendly competition and keep the environment interactive and fun.

A few days after the camp, each participant/parent will receive a summary of their player’s scores along with opportunities/ideas on how to improve

Registration for this event will go offline on September 18th!  Make sure to sign up prior. To register for the free event sign up here:

Become a Sponsor!

There are many ways to support our local little league youth including volunteering your time or sponsoring the league or a team through your business.

Little League is a non-profit volunteer based group which means we can only survive through the generosity of the local community at large.  Registration fees alone cannot cover the operating expenses of a Little League operation.  There is field maintenance and rental fees, equipment purchases, coaching and training clinics, advertising and marketing, and many other operating expenses that the League depends on the community for support.

In addition to our normal sponsorship opportunities, we are offering sponsorship banners on this website for local businesses to advertise to our Little League community.  These sponsorship banners will be an extremely cost effective way to reach out and connect with local customers to promote your business, offer specials for Little League families, etc.

For sponsorship opportunities, please contact Rob Lemon at

Thank you in advance for your generosity and we'll see you out on the ball field!

Our next board meeting will be Tuesday Sept 12th 6pm.  Diamond Spring Fire Dept conference room
